Ingredients

  • 1/4c chopped cucumber
  • 1 med green onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 med tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c plain nonfat yogurt, drained

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate at least 30min
