Ingredients
1/4c chopped cucumber
1 med green onion chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 med tomato, chopped
1/2 tsp cumin dash of pepper
1/2 c plain nonfat yogurt, drained
Directions
Mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate at least 30min
