INGREDIENTS
4 pork chops (about 1 1/2 pounds) sea salt and freshly gd blk pepper all purpose flour 2 eggs beaten dry bread crumbs vegetable oil for deep frying TONKATSU SAUCE 5 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
1. Make a few slits into the fat of the pork cutlets to prevent them from curling during cooking. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, dip in the beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs 2. Heat oil for deep frying to 350oF. Deep fry the pork chops for 7-10 min turning once or twice, until well cooked. Remove and drain on wire rack or paper towels 3. Mix ketchup and worchestershire sauce in a sm bowl 4. serve with ketchup mixture and prepared mustard
