Beef Stew

Ingredients

2 lbs stew meat 1/4c flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 1/2c beef broth 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1 clove garlic minced 1 bay leaf 1 tsp paprika 4 carrots, sliced 3 potatoes diced 1 onion chopped 1 stalk celery sliced

Directions

1. Put meat in crockpot 2. Mix flour, salt and pepper, pour over meat and stir to coat. 3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well 4. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hrs (high 4-6 hrs) 5. Stir thoroughly before serving
