Itsy let me pet him several times this morning, briefly. I had already fed Lucas and put food in Itsy’s bowl. He surprised himself that he let me pet him and he liked it, but was still cautious in trusting me.

I was able to briefly touch (3 times) Itsy this morning when I fed them. He is warming up!

Thanks. Losing Sheena hurts and nothing can make it better, but time will help make it less bad. When the memories come on, let them come on strong. Your mind will find places to keep them and you’ll be able to remember her without so much pain eventually.
