Chick Pics: The Heron Files

Friday Cat Blogging
Samantha wallows in catnip (a couple of fresh leaves from the live catnip plant at the edge of the patio, plus the obvious dried catnip sprinkled there).

Bloody Eye
Saturday morning, I discovered I had this really bloody eye. Click if you’re really interested, but be warned that glare makes it look like my eye is really messed up. Not so: it appears to be a simple case of a burst vessel. I’ve been consulting with a neighbor who works at our ophthalmologist and I have an appointment this afternoon.
